| I recently ordered an HP48GX (Dec 26th in fact). The order was on its way to me on the 31st. Considering this was a busy holiday period the folks at Samson came through splendidly and I now have a great little graphing calculator. Samson is one of the few mail order companies that will ship HP calculators to Canada and I'm very pleased with their performance.

| I just wanted to express my happiness with Samson Cables (www.samsoncables.com) as a vendor! I recommend them! They are an authorized HP reseller.
I bought an HP-49G at the time that HP was offering the rebates and bought from Samson Cables, because I saw a link to them from the www.hpcalc.org site that indicated that they had the best prices. I did some more searching and found out that that was indeed the case.
Samson Cables QUICKLY send me a brand new HP-49G, packaged safely. Unfortunately, that HP-49G turned out to be defective (which could not have been discovered without actually opening the package and trying it, because it would appear to work for a while and then automatically turn off, but in far less than the 10 minutes (it was more like a minute or less!).
Chris Edmunds of Samson Cables quickly arranged for return and provided help when UPS botched the delivery back to the distributor.
So, considering Samson Cables had the best price, quick delivery, and good followup service (which helped me get past the defective initial unit and the UPS problem), I highly recommend Samson Cables! I note that they even sell used HP calculators and accessories.

| Great Service. I recieved my 49G cable and it works fine! One question, Why is cheaper buing a new 48GX than a 128Kb ram card? It seems strange don't u think so? I'm thinking in acquire 3 48Gx and share my libraries in three subjects...It's really cheaper! ;^)

| Got it! Fedex left it even though nobody was home (except a bunch of roofers). Naturally, UPS came for pickup today also. They'll be back tomorrow, and someone will be home to give them the pkg. | The cable I ordered via the Internet on Saturday or Sunday was in my mailbox on Wednesday. I was quite pleased. It and the software I ordered did just what I wanted, and turned a $25 pawn shop purchase (an HP100LX without serial cable or transfer software) into a useful tool. Thanks! Lee

Hey, I got my cable and book yesterday! Thanks for quick and super service. I wish all of the companies operating on the web were as well organized as you are!
By the way, the cable you sent was MUCH nicer than you described. It has a molded-on end, not shrink-wrap over the connector, and an in-line RF-blocking filter. This must be as good as the HP cable, or better!

When I lost it in a move, I ordered a new one from you and your company, just *two* days ago. I just received it, and I must say it is *beautiful*. | I ordered the HP48 PC Link kit, and I received it within a month. When I went to put it together I ruined the pins, so I thought I might as well throw it away. But I contacted Samson Cables, and told them that I had ruined my pins. I get a email within 5 hours telling me that Samson Cable would send me 12 more pins for free. Now I got the pins, and I ruined 2 of them but I was able to finish the kit. Now I have a PC link cable and I'm enjoing it. Thank you Samson Cables, next time I'll order from you again.
